Actress and model Ekta Jain who has worked in serials-Shaka laka boom boom,shagun,family no 1,kahin diya jale kahin jiya ,ad films,ramp shows and some films -Anjaan the unknown ,Nayak the Hero went to Kashmir for Altitude training,Yoga Camp and holiday.She did running in low oxygen and burn loads of calories.She also went to see different places in Kashmir where flood water had affected the villages.She spent fifteen days there.
